LEAD Safety for Renovation, Repair and Painting

On, or after April 22nd, 2010, federal law /EPA´s Renovation, Repair and Painting Final Rule (40 CFR 745)/ requires that firms working in pre 1978 homes and child-occupied facilities must be certified and use lead-safe work practices during renovations.
